Linked elements¶

Linked elements provide traceability from a requirement to its test case, planned case, execution result and linked bug.

In the Windows project tree, open an item's context menu and choose Linked elements, sometimes under More. The dialog lists related elements, their types, statuses and paths. The current item appears in bold. Select another item and use Go to to navigate to it.

Remove a link¶

Elements share a common link group. Removing an element from that group disconnects it from every other element in the group; it does not merely remove a link to one neighbour. The other elements remain linked to each other.

Removing a link leaves the underlying project element in place. It can be linked again later.
